The Pacific Northwest has a rich history of cartoonists, including traditional, Newave, and underground artists. Bezango is a film and web archive project that is documenting some of these local prominent cartoonists.

The name "Bezango" is used with permission by cartoonist Steve Willis, creator of Morty the Dog. http://www.mortythedog.com/
I just realized my home here in McCleary is inside the island created by the "e" in the Bezango masthead map. And now I am trapped, always encountering a giant black wall whenever I attempt to travel outside of eastern Grays Harbor County.
